The Commercial Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the commercial department. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with digital tools including Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM. You will help maintain accurate records, streamline communication, and ensure the smooth running of commercial activities. This role suits someone who enjoys structured tasks, continuous interaction with internal teams, and supporting a commercial function that relies heavily on digital tools and accurate data

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial team.
  • Maintain and update customer records, opportunities, and reports in Salesforce CRM.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Create Purchase Orders (POs) for suppliers and ensure timely processing.
  • Perform any additional duties reasonably assigned by management, aligned with the role’s purpose
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Management Studies or relevant field.
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a commercial or sales environment for a period 2 to 5 years.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude and willingness to support team success.
  • Energetic, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
