We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role is responsible for managing internal client networks, servers, desktop environments, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across a variety of technology stacks and be capable of implementing and maintaining best practices in IT service management and cybersecurity.
Reports To: Head of Infrastructure & Operations
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of network, server, and desktop environments.
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize hybrid cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Oversee virtualization and containerization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks in alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage enterprise networking solutions, including Cisco, HPE, Aruba, and Ruckus.
- Oversee IT operations and service management platforms, such as ServiceNow and AI Ops.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ITIL, CISM, and CISSP standards.
- Lead infrastructure automation initiatives, leveraging scripting and DevOps methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT needs and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to IT infrastructure.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT infrastructure team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: ITIL, CISM, CISSP (or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in IT infrastructure management or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud environments.
- Experience with Cisco, HPE, Aruba, and Ruckus networking solutions.
- Proficiency in managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms, such as ServiceNow.

- Experience in implementing AI-driven infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to IT security.
