- Planning – Creating project plans through engagement of various stakeholders to identify project requirements, timelines, and costs. Developing strategies guiding stakeholders towards completion and revising plans where needed. Setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members to deliverables.
- Executing – Overseeing the execution of projects ensuring the efficient and effective assignment of resources.
- Coordinating – Leading project activities progress through managing meetings, follow ups and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborating – Defining, prioritising, and developing projects and programs with department leaders.
- Analysing – Reviewing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Conducting thorough legal reviews of project contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
- Monitoring – Managing project performance ensuring timely delivery, compliance with set standards and providing relevant status and financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Documenting – Maintaining accurate documentation of project creation, development, and execution including agreements and progress reports.
- Risk Management – Identifying and documenting uncertainties that could impact project objectives. Proposing mitigation strategies and contingency plans addressing identified uncertainties.
- Continuous Improvement – Determined to continuously enhance project management processes and workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables are meeting quality standards and are complying with commercial, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance or other related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in commercial or legal roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Expertise in legal reviews and compliance.
